After a few seasons as a yacht chef, I've officially come ashore — bringing a love of delicious food, thoughtful tables, and creating an evening that's just a little more remarkable.

From the first cocktail, to the last bite of dessert, I'll take care of the menu, the tablescape, and all those tiny details that turn dinner into a story worth retelling.
